The only common comsumer packets of seeds I've seen that are treated with fungicide are sweet corn. Fungicide treated seeds in the US have to be dyed "unnatural colors" -- bright pink is pretty common. Beyond that, you can find seeds of peas and beans that have been treated with the proper strain of Rhizobium bacteria to nodulate -- but that's usually a dry, dusty powder of bacteria in a clay or talc carrier.
Why not talk to Burpee or Ferry Morse to see if the seeds you bought are treated?
